Return Policy

We’re dedicated to making sure you’re satisfied with your order, but in the case of a return we want to make it as easy as possible for you. If for any reason, you’re unsatisfied with your order, we have you covered with a 30 day return guarantee.
Below are a few important details in regards to our return policy.

How to Return A Product

  1. Call us at 1-800-683-5715 or email [email protected] and please have your order number handy. One of our team members will authorize the return in minutes and you’ll receive an email with return instructions.
  2. Package up your product and drop it off with UPS or schedule a pickup.
  3. Any shipment that’s returned to Merritt Communications without an RMA number will be refused.


If you paid by a credit or debit card, refunds will be issued back to the same card. Refunds can take 2-5 business days from the date the refund was applied. Contact your bank for questions when the credit will be applied back to your account.


You can exchange a product for no additional charges within the 30 day returns period but the product must be the same dollar amount or the additional price difference will be charged.
