    Merritt Communications has also been willing to send out a new telephone set or accessory for a “try-out” so that we could see if our end user liked the product before purchasing. This has been extremely helpful, for example, in deciding what headset to buy for comfort and functionality. Doug Merritt has also come out to demonstrate equipment for use before purchasing.
