We’re dedicated to making sure you’re satisfied with your order, but in the case of a return we want to make it as easy as possible for you. If for any reason, you’re unsatisfied with your order, we have you covered with a 30 day return guarantee.
Below are a few important details in regards to our return policy.
- If for any reason that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your product.
- After 30 days Merritt Communications has the right to refuse the return or charge a 20% restocking fee.
- Before returning an item, we ask that you call us at 1-800-683-5715 or email email@example.com so we can setup an RMA and authorize the return. IMPORTANT NOTE: All returns must have an RMA number or the package will be refused.
- Within the 30 day returns period, If a mistake was made by Merritt Communications, return shipping charges are covered. If the return is the customers fault, return shipping is paid by the customer.
How to Return A Product
- Call us at 1-800-683-5715 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and please have your order number handy. One of our team members will authorize the return in minutes and you’ll receive an email with return instructions.
- Package up your product and drop it off with UPS or schedule a pickup.
- Any shipment that’s returned to Merritt Communications without an RMA number will be refused.
If you paid by a credit or debit card, refunds will be issued back to the same card. Refunds can take 2-5 business days from the date the refund was applied. Contact your bank for questions when the credit will be applied back to your account.
You can exchange a product for no additional charges within the 30 day returns period but the product must be the same dollar amount or the additional price difference will be charged.
