    Had some difficult setting up my head-set, called customer service and my experience was outstanding. The rep was positive, experienced and walked me through the set-up in minutes. The product is great, the service even better.

    Have used this headset before, so I knew what I was getting. The difference is the company. A part wasn't in stock at Merritt, so they had their supplier drop-ship (the notifier light thingie) and it arrived even BEFORE the headset assembly. I called to verify, and they were awesome in explaining why. I am incredibly satisfied, and when it is time to upgrade or provide one for employees, I will be right back to Merritt!

    Great product, easy to install, works great. I am now able to leave my desk and not miss any calls. The only thing I would change is the instructions are on several pages and at first I missed the part about configuring the pair, after watching the you tube videos and knowing that I had it all hooked up correctly, I went through the directions and found the page that said you had to pair them, then all was great.
