    The battery is doing great. It has eliminated the beeping in my ear which was very annoying from the old battery being too low. Hope it lasts a long time.

    I was sick to my stomach thinking about the possibility of having to buy a new headset. Found these guys online and watched the how-to video on replacing the battery in the CS361. $15 and two days later I had a like new headset. 10/10 would recommend working with Merritt.

  4. Don't Waste Money on New Headset

    So glad to find this company with helpful video demonstration on YouTube. I use my headset all day every day. But it has to work right. Battery finally gave out. Almost wasted $300 for new headset, but no need! Just get a replacement battery from Merritt. Easy to install if you're careful.

    I realized that my Plantronics headset was in need of a battery replacement. I went on the internet and was very fortunate to select your video telling me how to replace the battery and the subsequent link to order a new one. The process was extremely easy, the email notification and follow up was admirable and the price seemed very reasonable. My experience was an excellent one!

    On 9/1/14 I ordered a replacement battery for my Plantronics CS50 headset. After calling when I didn't get it after a couple of weeks, and them tweaking their order fulfillment system, I received it promptly. I used the video to learn how to install it correctly, popped it in, and have been using it ever since. The headset lasts two full days on a charge. Even with the delay, I'd call this a perfect customer experience.

    I ordered an inexpensive battery off Amazon that wouldn't even begin to fit into my Plantronics CS361N headset. At that point I had to go through the hassle of a return. My next order was from Merritt. They have video on how to install the battery. It was a perfect clone of the original, and it worked perfectly.
